Over the last two decades The Sexies, comprised of Todd Heinrich and Jerry Buszek, have evolved into an idiosyncratic musical force with a diverse repertoire of genre-twisting songs. With the addition of Nwaka Onwusa on vocals and Marc Gasway on bass, their signature sound deftly reaches across indie, mod, bubblegum, and Northern soul realms. Their evolution as producers and as songwriters has seen them develop the Tomorrowlabs collective studio with fellow Angelenos and kindred spirits Wondermints, Marizane, Sidewalk Society, LoveyDove, and Candypants. Their third album The Sexies and the first from the Tomorrowlabs imprint will be officially released in October 2021.
